Dr. Justin Boyd
Upper School Principal

Dr. Justin Boyd is an international school leader with deep expertise in adolescent development, technology integration, and the evolving landscape of identity formation in the digital age. With over fifteen years of experience working with teenagers across the U.S., South Korea, and Lithuania, he has led innovations in curriculum, student support systems, and school culture that reflect emerging trends in education. Combining academic research with real-world experience, Dr. Boyd brings a unique perspective to balancing the use of technology and the development of adolescence in both virtual and physical spaces. 


Ąžuolas Maniušis
Upper School Counselor

Hi everyone! I'm Ąžuolas, and I'm a school counselor at AISV upper school. I'm passionate about supporting children and their families, and I believe in creating a safe and nurturing environment for everyone. I have a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Psychology from Vilnius University in educational and child psychology. I've been working with students in special education since 2020 and as a counselor since 2021. I also have a private psychology practice where I work with children, teens, and their families. I'm excited to connect with you and share some helpful insights today, especially regarding teens and healthy technology use boundaries.
