Tuition Fees and Payment Policy

In addition to tuition fees, special fees are applicable for learning support services - see below: 

The Application Fee - € 428 - is payable upon receipt of a new student’s application form and is non-refundable. Payment of the Application Fee does not guarantee that a child will be admitted. If the admission is approved, the Admissions Office will notify the parents and send them the Enrollment Agreement for signing.

Admission fee: € 2,707 - all newly admitted students to AISV are charged a one-time non-refundable admission fee. This one-time fee covers all costs associated with first-time admission to the school. 

The Application Fee and the Admission Fee for Pre-Kindergarten students shall be split and payable in 1,567.5 Euro instalments over the first two years.

Capital fee: a capital fee is an annual € 2,498 special-purpose contribution, which is allocated and used for the purpose of financing educational activities (as activities beneficial to the society) carried out by AISV (including, but not limited to, for the betterment and renewal of the AISV material basis, implementation of new teaching methods and professional development of teachers, acquisition, repairs and/or renovation of assets used for the purposes of educational activities and other aims related to the educational activities carried out by AISV). Payable at the beginning of each school year. Non-refundable.

Deposit: All students continuing their studies at AISV as well as newly admitted students are required to make a € 1000 (Pre K)  or € 2500 (K-Gr. 12) deposit to guarantee placement for the following school year in April of the current school year. The deposit is non-refundable and will be credited toward the last attended quarter's tuition fee for the upcoming school year.

Extended day program fee: € 1 025 for PreKindergarten - Grade 3 with student supervision till 6:00 pm.

2026-2027 Fee Schedule for Learning Support:

• Basic Level: € 2,500 
• Standard Level:  € 6,500
• Individualized Support: €10,000 to € 30,000 

IB Registration and Fees (2025-2026):

In their second year, IB students are subject to IB fees for their registration and examination. Exam fee structures are determined by the IB and are subject to change.

Payment Policy

Payments can be made each trimester, semi-annually, or for the whole year upfront in Euros accordingly. If paid on a trimester basis, it should be received before the beginning of the trimester by the date indicated in the invoice.
